New record number of payments in NBS IPS system

On 15 October 2026, 611,415 payments, amounting to RSD 8,074,946,666.51, were processed in the NBS IPS system – setting a new record for the daily number of transactions processed since the system was launched.

The NBS IPS system provides one of the most advanced payment solutions available globally. Operating 24/7, 365 days a year, the system enables individuals and businesses to execute payments easily and swiftly, from any place and at any time – including weekends, non-business days or overnight – with funds credited to the recipient’s account within seconds.
